This Parka has ASPECS which is water proof without weighing you down. It's waterproof even after laundering and exposure to DEET and POLs. Protects against cold, wet and dry weather also wind and sand. The APPECTS is softer and gives you alot of freedom to move around. Also quieter. It is made with NIR technology to reduce being detected by NVGs.
